Other Details to Note

• Jacuzzi Heating - We do not charge a daily heating fee like most other rentals in the area. We have the Jacuzzi heater set to maintain a water temp of 102F. •We welcome respectful groups and families. To preserve the experience, events and parties are not permitted - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval. Fine of $150 per unregistered guest. • Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. The outdoor area is closed between 11PM-7AM, $500 fine if quiet hours and jacuzzi/deck closure hours are not followed. • EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Please message us directly for early check-in/late check-out requests, we will do our best to accommodate if our booking schedule allows. • There is a "Ring" doorbell and cameras recording on the premises (outdoors only, no recording devices inside the home). All cameras are facing away from the property, to ensure the safety of our guests and property. Camera's face the exterior front and back of the home (driveway, front entrance, and rear access point). Please message us about any questions or concerns. • Locals must message before booking.

Non compliance could result in sizable fines and/or asked to vacate the premises, - All guests staying at this Villa are required to sign (eSignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - No Gatherings, Parties or Events. - Quiet Hours observed, 11:00pm - 7:00am. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the hosts directly. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the hosts immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - This villa has cameras and noise detection for external monitoring for security purposes only. - This villa has a pool and hot tub. There is no life-guard around the water features. Use at your own risk. - Local and County Residential noise restrictions apply. Quiet hours must be strictly observed. - In the State of California, and in San Diego County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - This is a No Smoking property. Excellent home, with exceptional amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, basketball and pickleball court. There were plenty of things to do to have fun at the house itself and it was just a 20 minute drive to downtown San Diego. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really great place for a family group, girls trip, or couples trip. Pool was fun, hot tub was relaxing, lots of bbq equipment and the sport court and arcade were just a bonus! Large, clean kitchen with a small kitchenette downstairs. Lots of stairs …they are well lit in the evening. Also many little comfy areas to hang out.
