• Spa Heating Included Spa heating is included at no additional charge and is maintained at approximately 102°F throughout your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice. • House Rules Our home is best suited for respectful families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the property. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. For everyone's safety and security, all guests and visitors must be approved in advance and listed on the reservation or rental agreement. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. • Quiet Hours The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood where sound carries easily. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. During this time, the pool, spa, sports court, deck, and other outdoor recreation areas are closed. Thank you for helping us be respectful neighbors. • Early Check-In & Late Check-Out We're happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever our cleaning and booking schedule allows. Please reach out before your arrival, and we'll do our best to help. • Exterior Security Cameras For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, and rear access areas. Non compliance could result in sizable fines and/or asked to vacate the premises, - All guests staying at this Villa are required to sign (eSignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - No Gatherings, Parties or Events. - Quiet Hours observed, 11:00pm - 7:00am. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the hosts directly. - Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the hosts immediately. - Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival. - Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. - We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts, fee typically applies. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night. - This villa has cameras and noise detection for external monitoring for security purposes only. - This villa has a pool and hot tub. There is no life-guard around the water features. Use at your own risk. - Local and County Residential noise restrictions apply. Quiet hours must be strictly observed. - In the State of California, and in San Diego County, all hotel and vacation rental hosts are required to collect hotel tax. We collect these taxes within the booking transaction. - This is a No Smoking property.
